An RSS ("Really Simple Syndicate"; no, really, that's what it stands for) feed is a way of finding out about new content on a website. Basically, an RSS Reader program (there are plenty available for download on the Internet) will automatically check the RSS feeds you're subscribed to and tell you if there's anything new, without you having to keep checking the website.
